View on GoogleWe visited the Sleep Number store in Bloomington both yesterday to try out the beds and today to purchase one. Eric helped us the first day and Jay, the store manager helped us the second day. Both were very helpful and great to work with. If you are in the market for a new bed, definitely give the Bloomington Sleep Number store a visit.
View on GoogleWe arrived at the store 10 minutes before they closed and Dakota greeted us with a smile! I apologized for the late entrance to which Dakota assured us it was not a big deal. After telling him what we were looking for he explained everything there was to know about the beds. He listened, advised, demonstrated everything! He was absolutely fabulous to work with and not only did we order a new bed, we ordered two new beds and surrounding furniture! Thank you so much Dakota! We appreciate your patience and product knowledge. Would DEFINITELY recommend!
View on GoogleThis has been great until I got a hole. Customer service at sleep number is impossible.no phone calls,via email only. I went over and over again.lThe bed was losing air and had a hole in one of the mattresses. They wanted to sell me a cover for $500. When it's still under warranty. That does not fix the problem. I'd have been more than happy to pay the money if it would have fixed the bed. But last time I checked a bed cover does not hold air.. A huge waste of time.I'm trying to deal with their customer service. So if you need service, I wouldn't buy the bed.
