Horrible Experience: FURNITURE GALLERY OF LONG ISLAND, 607 Sunrise Highway, Bellmore, NY This matter has been resolved by the showroom manager Ed and the digital media manager Andrew and I. I changed my rating to a 3 star only because I received my $500 check back and per store owner request canceled my Small Claims Court case. Had this issue been resolved prior to filing that case I would have not written a review at all. If you shop there ONLY deal with Ed. I recently purchased a high-end Flexsteel sectional and recliner from MICHAEL ACKER, the owner of FURNITURE GALLERY OF LI. Upon delivery and set up the sectional did not align at all; it was completely off. After Mike’s unsuccessful attempt to fix the alignment, he sent an outside field technician who also could not fix it and deemed the sectional a “manufacturer defect.” The furniture was removed from my home within 3 weeks of initial delivery. Mike withheld $500 for delivery and pickup of defective furniture. I reached out to a VP at Flexsteel (the manufacturer) for help. They informed me that the issue was resolved between them and Furniture Gallery of LI via Flexsteel’s warranty process. I went to revisit Mike in his store to try and resolve this and give him another chance to return my money and make things right. Needless to say, we got nowhere. The service you get from Michael and Eddie is above and beyond anywhere else. These are salt of the earth people who don’t just sell you furniture—they can look at the layout of your place and help you pick the perfect size pieces and number of pieces. They have high end pieces and luxurious fabrics to chose from. The customization makes you feel like your furniture is unique and represents what your style is (which we all know changes over time!!).. the delivery is seamless and the pieces come in Brand Spanking New with white glove service. Michael and Eddie helped make our house into a home and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Highly recommended and worth every penny!

***** Just got our sectional today and we are so happy with it. From the moment you enter the gallery you will find experienced staff who are professional, friendly and get your style when you walk through the door. The Furniture choices are so vast and we loved perusing through the 400 color samples to pick the fabric that seemed personalized to our taste. The deliver date was exactly what we were told and the gentleman who delivered and set up our sectional gave great care to ensure the delivery was flawless. They even moved our old couches outside for us. I highly recommend the Furniture Gallery to anyone. Great experience!!

My husband and I went to Furniture Gallery in Bellmore to look for a living room set and a bedroom set. We ended up meeting with Eddie the first time we went in there and he was amazing. He really took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions that we had. When the furniture was delivered Mike the Owner came with his delivery guy (i forgot his name but he was AMAZING) and they were able to get all of our furniture in with no problem. We ended up going back to purchase additional furniture that night and they had it delivered the following day! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them again in the future for anything else we may need!

Awesome experience from day 1. Personalized experience dealing with the owner Michael. I ordered a living room sectional prior to the pandemic and he kept me updated on the progress of my order and actually held it until I was able to take delivery. Took delivery today and it was flawless. Michael was on site with 2 friendly & courteous delivery men who wore masks. Best prices around and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend!
