Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I worked with Keith. I wanted something specific for my ill elderly father and Keith helped me find exactly what I asked for within my budget. The whole transaction took less than 30 minutes. Keith is professional and pleasant and the store is clean with a nice layout. 10/10

Jonathan was awesome! He introduced himself when we first walked in & then gave us all the space to explore while remaining available to answer any questions. There was no rushing, no pressure at all. Once we were ready to complete our purchase he was on top of everything. Extremely helpful, accommodating & answered all the questions we had. Overall the best experience we've ever had at a Bob's!

Jonathan was extremely patient, kind, and skilled in my working with him to purchase a new couch. He made the experience comfortable and enjoyable, and I especially appreciate how he demonstrated such respect and care throughout the experience. I would recommend Jonathan, and the Freeport location, to any young adult looking to purchase furniture for their first home. Overall, great staff and experience!

The salesman Johnny was great. When me and my fiance left the store is it was like we were friends with the store clerk for years. No pressure to buy anything. Even got his manager to come over to answer a couple questions that we had. Overall everything went well and smooth. Today after President's Day we are going to conclude that purchase with the store.

John O was amazing. He listened and understood what I needed especially since I had a little bit of issues from another purchase. Also the Manager of this Location He was great. I’m just waiting for my delivery 🚚
