Furniture Land Ohio

Excellent experience with Furnitureland. Their professionalism and customer service were outstanding. We had an issue with the size of a sofa that didn’t fit our living room, and they allowed us to exchange it for a smaller one that fits perfectly. Truly appreciated their willingness to help. Highly recommended!

I couldn’t be more impressed with both the furniture and the delivery service. Everything I ordered — the headboard, mattress, dresser with mirror, and nightstand — looks absolutely stunning in my space. The quality feels solid and well-crafted, and the pieces came together perfectly to create a clean, elevated look. The delivery and assembly team were phenomenal. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional, and handled everything with care and efficiency. They managed to get everything upstairs and fully set up — including assembly — in under an hour, which blew me away. No mess left behind, just beautiful furniture ready to use. From start to finish, this was an easy, seamless experience. I’m so happy with my purchase and grateful for such a smooth delivery. Highly recommend both the furniture and the delivery team!

This is my second time purchasing furniture. I ABSOLUTELY love this place. My experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Sami, The Sales Representative, was very knowledgeable and listened to my needs and worked with me to accommodate my budget. The delivery team was spectacular! The consistent communication and follow-up was impeccable! Last but not least, the quality of my Ashley bedroom set is A++ at a fraction of the cost of other major retailers. You have to check them out!

We had a wonderful experience today at furniture land! The two front desk sales reps were great, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Assad.M was the gentleman and we didn’t get the ladies name next to him, but they were very great and we are definitely recommending this place to everyone.!! Great prices, great service!

Rudy and Melvin were very fast, efficient, respectful, and nice. Definitely would order from furniture land again.
