Sandman Sleep Online Mattress Store

My wife and I had the perfect mattress-buying experience at Sandman. The customer service was exceptional. In the showroom, Kim guided us with thoughtful questions, suggested options tailored to our preferences, and explained the features of each mattress. Ordering was quick and simple, and delivery was white-glove—the team was prompt, professional, and friendly. After a month of sleeping on our Nest mattress, we love it!

Highly recommend buying from this wonderful family business! Rich and Kim (and their kids) could not be nicer or more helpful. There are so many beds to choose from, make sure you block out plenty of time to try them. There is a great return policy on all the brands I tried. My husband and I needed to return the first one we bought and it was so easy. The second one we bought is great! We are back purchasing a mattress for our daughter who actually lives in Seattle. So easy to have it shipped to her. Thanks Kim and Rich!

This concept of a physical location to test online mattresses was exactly what we needed. After having a mattress purchase miss, we needed to have a better idea what would fit. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and quickly discovered that it wasn't for us. But with the selection and knowledge of the owners, we found exactly what we needed and got a great deal as well. Thank you!

Early in 2023 I needed a new mattress as the one I had was VERY uncomfortable! I researched mattresses at several local stores. However, because I wanted an all natural mattress, there was limited availability in most stores. I found Sandman Mattress and went to try out their mattresses. Rich and the support staff were extremely helpful all throughout the process. I was able to find an absolutely wonderful mattress that leaves me rested and refreshed each morning! I highly recommend this company if you want to find a truly all natural mattress!!!

Mattress shopping can absolutely be overwhelming, from deciding on cost to picking out the perfect mattress that you will not regret in the long run. I wanted to post this review to help people like me, who have a hard time deciding on what they want. Sandman sleep stands out from your typical mattress store. With there easy online shopping experience and in person display of mattresses. It really made the experience enjoyable. Kim and Rich walked me though the process and were very good people. If you are looking for a quality mattress and affordable price. Sandman sleep is the place to go! It is also a family-owned business, operated by honest people who want to take good care of you. A++ service Highly recommended
