My wife and I had the perfect mattress-buying experience at Sandman. The customer service was exceptional. In the showroom, Kim guided us with thoughtful questions, suggested options tailored to our preferences, and explained the features of each mattress. Ordering was quick and simple, and delivery was white-glove—the team was prompt, professional, and friendly. After a month of sleeping on our Nest mattress, we love it!

There are so many beds to choose from, make sure you block out plenty of time to try them. There is a great return policy on all the brands I tried. My husband and I needed to return the first one we bought and it was so easy. The second one we bought is great! We are back purchasing a mattress for our daughter who actually lives in Seattle. View on GoogleEarly in 2023 I needed a new mattress as the one I had was VERY uncomfortable! I researched mattresses at several local stores. However, because I wanted an all natural mattress, there was limited availability in most stores. I found Sandman Mattress and went to try out their mattresses. Rich and the support staff were extremely helpful all throughout the process. I was able to find an absolutely wonderful mattress that leaves me rested and refreshed each morning! I highly recommend this company if you want to find a truly all natural mattress!!!
