I purchased a couch there over a month ago. It arrived and half of it does not work. The recliner and phone charger part did not work at all. They said they would send a mechanic out. The mechanic canceled 3 times and when we asked about returning it he finally came out. Said he would have to order a part and it would take about 2 weeks. It has been over 2 weeks with no call from the store. I called them today and was told they would call me back. 2 hours later I called again and was told the mechanic was out on a call and he they would call me back. Still no call. At this point I’m fixing to load the couch up and return it. I paid full price for a couch that is broken and the store is unconcerned.
