This is my go to place for furniture. Especially big purchases. Great selection but customer service is the icing on the cake every time. Definitely recommend. Love my new vanity worth the price for sure
View on GoogleWalked in, was not greeted. Looked around for a pub set. No one came to ask if I needed help. (W) Man came in behind me, was greeted immediately. Talk to them for a minute or two and left. Won’t be back. It’s the same furniture everywhere. Carryon
View on GoogleThe employees are the best part of this business aside from the furniture!! The furniture is affordable yet stylish. Tony (the mover) and the other man were super helpful in making sure my mattress and new bedframe were all put together within an hour! The delivery and installation fee is worth every penny! Tony and the other mover deserve a raise, I have shared that with management privately but also want to make it publicly known. I ordered the Ursula canopy bed over the summer and love it sooo very much!!!
View on GoogleI bought a big white dresser in 2019 at the Metarie location (yes I know they are closed now) The furniture was perfect except it has fallen down several times since I’ve owned it. Tonight I grabbed something off the top shelf and I as turned away, it immediately fell down again and in the process it had smashed a jewelry box that had fallen down with it. I’ve had that jewelry box for a few years now and I’m disappointed. My dad put some wood underneath it so it doesn’t fall again. Don’t be dumb like me and not make sure your furniture is sturdy. As soon as I can, I’m bringing it to a dump. Sad.
View on GoogleIf you make a purchase and they run out of stock, you won't get your money back. You will have to pick something else from the store. Just FYI.
