I was satisfied with the customer service I got. I wanted a bedroom set that was on sale and called a couple of times before going into the store. Every time I called they were friendly and professional. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back to this store when I’m in need of new furniture.

I always have a pleasant experience at Furniture Row. I like that the sales people are not high pressure and don’t follow you around. They allow to look in peace and there to assist if you have questions.

Misty is the absolute best!! She takes time to really learn her customers and make them feel welcome. 10/10 recommend Misty!

We were pleased with the selection of items we were interested in. Also appreciated the fact that the salesman directed us to the time were interested and didn’t follow us around. We were able to Discuss what we liked in private. Nice, clean store.

I’m not saying the salespersons aren’t friendly or helpful but I will say don’t let them talk you into getting the 5-year protection plan. They tell you rips, tears, spills, even by animals, will be covered. Submit a claim and you’ll get the option of a replacement or a new set. They don’t tell you the claim has to be made within 10 days of the rip, tear, or spill happening or it’s not covered. Spent so much extra money just for this protection plan and it was a waste. So now I have a permanent stain on my expensive Italian leather couch. Not happy about it.
