Furniture Row

Outstanding experience with Furniture Row! Customer service was top-notch! They answered all our questions and helped us find the perfect couch. Delivery was on time and the team assembled everything promptly and thoroughly. Special shoutout to Philip, who was amazing to work with and clearly cares about his customers! We love our new couch and can't wait to shop with them again for future furniture needs!

My wife and I’s experience here was great! We worked with Gordon and he was fantastic! Helped when needed, didn’t try and sell us anything we directly were against or push us into a bad deal. Will definitely be coming back just based on his excellent service.

We had Kevin check in with us just the right amount while we were looking at beds. While we didn't purchase that day, we came back later that week and Richard helped us with our order. He even told us he would give Kevin the sale when we mentioned that he was who we originally talked to. It was definitely the best furniture shopping experience we've had in town!

Talk to Gordon - has a cool old timey mustache. He asked if we needed any help, we told him what we were there for but going to look around first. He said home would hover and just let him know when we were ready. We did. He was knowledgeable and helped us greatly. A non-pushy salesman in today’s world is a rare find. The products were great also.

Furniture Row has a great selection of furniture on their floor. It's difficult to pick out just one or two pieces of furniture when the entire set looks so fine. Gordon is one of the salesmen. Poor man walked that entire store several times with me before I made my decisions. He knew exactly what I was looking for and was eager to show me the items that were on sale. Great store, great staff. I will visit Furniture first next time I am in the market for home furnishings.
