I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Furniture Row in Brownsville, TX. Over the past few months, I have purchased nearly $15,000 worth of furniture from this store, expecting the level of service that should come with such a significant purchase. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently poor. First, they do not call to notify customers when furniture arrives, forcing me to repeatedly contact the store myself for updates. Communication has been almost nonexistent. The biggest issue is my children’s bedroom sets. I purchased them in May and was promised delivery by mid-July. Now, after waiting for months, I’ve been told they won’t arrive until late August. Delays can happen, but making promises that aren’t kept and failing to proactively communicate with customers is unacceptable. When you’re spending this kind of money, you expect honesty, communication, and customer service. Sadly, Furniture Row in Brownsville has fallen far short of those expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they communicate with customers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Great salesman/manager Ramiro. He greeted me almost as soon as I walked in. He gave me a good deal on a desk and dresser. Gave me a quote and added them my Furniture Row credit account asp. Great service... Picked them up with 30 minutes. Awesome service, great staff. Thanks

I was looking for a manual recliner. I didn't want anything fancy. Jesus was the sale person that approached me. He asked me what was I looking. He directed me to the recliners. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. I asked him if it was on sale, he said yes. I was very pleased with the price. I ordered it and it will be here in two weeks. I recommend if you are looking for any kind of furniture see Jesus.

Great experience at Denver Mattress Co.! Aldo Castillo was very knowledgable,helpful,kind, and respectful. He took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for and helped us find exactly what we needed. He also went above and beyond by giving us great advice and helpful information. We really appreciate his excellent customer service!

Exceptional service! Went in for a new loveseat and I was greeted by a friendly and caring employee. Rosio is your girl! She wasn't pushy, she listened to my needs and she even gave great insight on all they had in the store. Love this company and their great service!
