Sofa Mart

I was very disappointed with Victor, Manager. I went in for a sofa table and let him know what I wanted. All he did was here it is. I said is something wrong with it because it seems that you are hiding it between 2 sofas. He says well you can expect it yourself and decide and tried to walk away. He didn't even bother to help; made me move the sofa and inspect it instead of being more attentive. I asked if they were specials and he said not the brand that you are buying its never on sale. After we spoke he said we have a price guarantee in case it goes on special. I told him well you just said this brand never goes on sale. When I sat at the desk I asked are you management and he said yes why? I said well I would think your customer service would have been more on point. He said why because I didn't give you a discount. I would never do business with this individual again. I love the products Furniture Row has to offer however the service needs to be looked at badly. This is not the first time I've had problems in the Sofa Mart area.
