Furniture Row

Second time within one year that I have walked into Furniture Row and found EXACTLY what I needed. Thank You, Seran Fields, for answering my questions, going the extra mile to understand what i was trying to communicate and for your professional manner extended. We worked together to communicate. He showed me similar scenarios. I listened and processed that info with my original thoughts. When showing him photos of what my goals were vs my limited info given, he saw exactly what I had in mind and clarity was generated. With utmost professional assistance, feedback and some other add on items shown, that originally weren't in my goals but with his helpful assistance, I was able to create my new space with a decor that fitted my lifestyle. Furniture Row and Seran Fields, I left your building as One Happy Camper with Mission Accomplished and then some! You rock! Have a great week and know you have made mine!

Walked in ready to buy. Was considering more than just a stool I had chosen to buy with cash. Anthony told me he could not sell anything to me without having all of my information in the system. I literally have never heard of a store refusing to sell something because you wouldn't give them all your information. Was paying in cash... The stuff here is mid any way. Won't ever return. Absolutely gross.

Erica was super helpful answering a multitude of questions. I bought an inferior recliner at a different store last fall and just hadn’t asked the right questions. This recliner is PERFECT for my needs. Erica made it so easy. She set it up to make the purchase on line once I measured my area. Easy, Peasy…. Go to Furniture Row in Central Point for your comfort.

Furniture road did a fine job of getting my business. And Anthony, he did a great job helping me, did a very good job, too, helping me decide on the exact one that I wanted. And really the one I needed. And the interest rate was perfect to fit my budget. So many thanks from us.Thank you furniture ro
