What a great overall experience! I selected a mattress, thinking it was going to be better than the one I needed to replace. I was wrong. It is great for others, but not me. Mattress Firm worked to get me the right mattress and then delivered it the next day, taking away the mattress I bought. Such great customer service and I would highly recommend. They work hard to make customers happy. Here’s hoping I finally sleep! Special shoutout to Michael, who made this happen with his manager!!!

I have not been sleeping very well so I decided that I needed to get a new mattress which I ended up doing. It’s very comfortable. I can’t wait to get it home. It will be delivered over the weekend and I will have more to say about that, but the in-store experience itself was real easy, real comfortable. Wasn’t very comfortable spending the money that I spent lol but that’s what I was saving it for. I feel like I did get a pretty good deal and I hope works out for me.

Not an outlet. But they will check to see if they have the model you are interested in their outlet warehouse. So you don't really know. "Outlet" got you in the door but eneded up paying full price. Still I ended up with a good mattress!

This place is amazing! Nathan was the best salesperson. He was kind, listened to what I was looking for, and patient while I was making my decision. I had such a great experience! I wasn’t even planning to buy a new mattress, but my old adjustable one had leaks on both sides and needed air added several times a night. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and my budget, and he showed me two great options with no upsell pressure to buy more than I needed or could afford. Funny enough, I actually liked the lower-priced one better! I bought it, picked it up boxed at the loading dock, and the whole process took maybe 20 minutes. I went home, set it up, slept on it that night—and I couldn’t be happier!
