The sales team has been nothing but amazing to work with. The furniture is also great quality and we are happy with it. However, the delivery service was absolutely terrible. From leaving a mess to installing incorrectly, and leaving dirt scruff marks on the sides of the furniture, we were very disappointed in their team. After paying so much money, they should reconsider who they hire for their delivery services.

There is a great selection of high-quality furniture, tastefully displayed, and reasonably priced. Andrew Was our sales person. I love that he just left us alone so that we could wander around and look at different things, but he was always close by if we had any questions. He accommodated us in every possible way. I will definitely go back there for the other pieces of furniture that I will be buying.

Worst shopping experience. We were shopping for buffet tables and wanted the right look and feel for our home, so we were taking out time. Sales associate seemed miffed we couldn't decide. We noticed there was another area of the building we hadn't seen yet and we're enamored buy the Amish furniture and hunted down the sales associate to ask pricing questions. He rolled his eyes and at one point in the conversation he said "If you're not really serious about buying... And waited away. The thing was, we had already decided on the $2000. buffet table we were going to buy, so he made our decision easy, Guess we won't buy anything. After being treated so poorly, we will never go back or shop at Furniture Row again. I guess we didn't fit there demograph purchaser. What a was the of our time.

My consultant, Valerie, helped me furnish an empty house. She went through all departments with me and helped me choose a cohesive design. The entire process from choosing furniture to finalizing the sale took many hours. However, she remained patient with my uncertainty regarding design choices. She checked on availability of items and delivery dates, both while on the sales floor and while processing the order. Her product knowledge and patience made the experience effortlessly easy and enjoyable on my part, and I left with a design I am extremely excited to see take shape in my home. Other customers came into the store throughout, and they all seemed to enjoy her seamlessly capable care.
