Furniture Row

Highly recommend the assistance we received by Montana at Furniture Row Glenwood Springs. Montana greeted us but let us look around freely without any pressure. When we did ask for his assistance he was quickly at our side with prices, delivery dates and even moved furniture from one side of the store to another so that we could see pieces we liked together. We appreciate Montana’s friendly, calm, no pressure attitude. Thanks!

We went in looking for a leather sofa and initially had an excellent in-store experience. Jesus, the Assistant Store Manager, was very friendly and professional. Upon completing our purchase, he eagerly asked us to submit a review on their site, which we were happy to do at the time. Unfortunately, the experience changed after delivery. The couch arrived two weeks later missing the base feet. We have called numerous times and even stopped back in the store for an update, only to be told, “I will let you know when they arrive.” It has now been over two months with no updates or follow-up. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. It’s hard to understand why something as simple as sending replacement base feet has taken this long. At this point, it looks like we may have to build our own. Due to this experience and the lack of follow-through, we would not give them our business again. One month later, we received our sofa feet with Christina's professional follow-through. Much appreciated.

This place is great. Kristina was super helpful and took care of my odds and requests. I cannot recommend her enough. The furniture was great and delivered quickly. This place is also the only affordable place to buy furniture in this valley so if you’re trying to stay in budget and get good quality, this is your spot.

I came I to purchase a recliner. There were no other customers there. Four guys at the front counter chatting. Non of them helped me or even look in my direction. Robin ended up assisting me after I asked her if she worked there. She was great. I work in sales on commission myself. This is embarrassing for your company to say the least.

Huge shoutout to Jesus at Furniture Row in Glenwood Springs! He seriously went above and beyond helping us find the right couch. Super friendly, patient, and made the whole thing easy. If you’re looking for furniture, go see Jesus—he’ll take care of you.
