Furniture Showcase

Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service and awesome couch! The delivery went smoothly and communication was excellent. From start to finish, you have been a pleasure to work with. 5 stars!!!

I want to give more stars, I really do. Large selection, friendly staff, friendly crew to set up. However, I purchased over $6000 in furniture from them and most of it held well, but let's be honest, some of the stuff is cheaply made for the price. Biggest complaint I have is my bedroom set. I have 2 night stands which seem to be good for the most part but are made of the same material as the later mentioned items so I'm sure it will fail eventually. My footboard seems very weak, I've accidentally put a little weight from standing at the footboard and it sounded like it was going to snap. I have a large dresser that was part of the set, no issues or real complaints with it at this time. I also have 2 tall single row dressers which I have the picture of and the drawers on them do not fit in the slides on the unit, they are too small, the drawers are the correct size but the hardware is way off. To the point where if you apply the slightest pressure to them, the fall right out of the track as you can see in the photo, both units do it and it's extremely frustrating as you can't really do anything with them because they fall out so easy. For the prices of the items, it's very cheap quality. Something like this can get purchased at Walmart for far less and actually work properly out of the box after assembled. I may have been able to remedy the situation but they were purchased almost 2 years ago however these units were barely used after purchase and only begun being utilized over the last few months. The drawers did slip when we received them but thought maybe they were just in incorrectly and again, we barely used them so it got forgotten over time. The review given is not exactly of the business because if the review was for the store itself, I'd give it at least 4 stars. But for the prices of the pieces and this poor of quality, that's where the 2 stars comes into play. Buy cheap get cheap, but why buy more expensive pieces if it's the same quality as the cheap items.

Awesome furniture store. Jenny was super friendly and helped us find the perfect recliners for us. The store itself is really neat, and there is great selection. I will definitely go back for future purchases.

Love Furniture Showcase! This family owned business is a wonderful asset to the Stillwater community. They have a great selection at very reasonable prices and a wonderful, attentive staff that will make sure your experience is seamless and meets your needs.

We came in looking for a sofa under $800 that would withstand our crazy dogs. Patsy was so sweet and showed us the area where we would find the most options in our price range. She patiently waited for us to pick out the one we loved most, and was not pushy at all. I was a bit intimidated to shop at a big furniture store for the first time, but we had such a great experience. Delivery was also very quick and affordable. For reference, we paid $645 for the sofa, $35 for delivery, and $79 for a 5-year protection plan.
