Went to JR furniture today to look at a couch they had online wasn't there of course said 5 weeks for shipping to get said couch went over to furniture world not only did they have the same couch in stock but over $400 cheaper.. if you're looking for furniture at a good quality price in Southwest Washington this is definitely your one stop shop.. fast friendly convenience service.. look forward to doing business again in the future. 10 out of 10 rating.
View on GoogleThis experience has been incredibly frustrating. We had purchased a couch and a love seat about a year ago and the insurance that they sell with it. From the first day the couch got to the house the face plates in the controls broke off and needed to be replaced. So the store ordered another one but they were broken as well. When reaching out asking for assistance with it we would get no response. The insurance is TRASH they asked for multiple pictures of the damage, sent a technician out to take pictures and then asked for MORE pictures after sending the technician out. After they approved our claim they said it would take 12 weeks to get us a replacement. I cannot in good faith back a place that promotes an insurance company that treats their customers poorly or sells furniture that breaks down so quickly. It was definitely a waste of $2200
View on GoogleJeff the owner is an insanely good guy. He helped ensure we were happy with our purchase even after a hiccup with our lack of experience purchasing the first couch. Very happy! Highly recommend
View on GoogleGreat experience, very helpful, and quality product! We purchased a Stanton couch and they made everything on our list happen. Even gave us a hometown discount! Very excited for our new couch. Thanks! Update: stopped in to buy a few pillows for the students to sit on the floor with in my classroom. They were very generous and supportive and really took care of me. Six Stars if I could.
