We finally found our mattress! Our temper luxe breeze has been a game changer, we could tell it's just something different. The entire experience at Mattress Firm in Tumwater, was made even better by Braxston. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the Tempurpedic line and took the time to explain the differencences without making my wife or I feel pressured to buy. He listened to what we needed and helped us find the mattress that was genuinely the best fit for us. We are thrilled and grateful for Braxston's help. Excellent mattress, for excellent experience, and exceptional customer service. If you're mattress shopping, definitely ask for Braxston.
View on GoogleBraxston hooked me up with a guest bed for my mom and gave me the best deal on mattress protectors for my new bed and my current one. He was happy to accommodate my needs and answered all my questions with ease. Very relaxed not salesy or pushy. Just a great help. I will be back! Thank you Braxston. Call ahead because he jumps around to many stores in the area!
View on GoogleAmazing! First time buying a mattress but the employees were so helpful and explained everything from spring densities, the benefits, to how the cooling stuff would work. They were very attentive and listened to my concerns and pointed me at a mattress I needed not just more expensive. I can't overstate how kind, knowledgeable, and caring they were! Zachary and his coworker were amazing and I'll definitely be telling everyone that Mattress Firm is the way to go
View on GoogleVery good service by knowledgeable salesman. No pressure, but Alexander answered all of our questions taking time to demonstrate the lift option and educate us on all options. Very professional and very friendly. Delivery in 2 days and we will have adequate time to try out our new mattress with the guarantee.
