Came here for a new couch, TV stand, and dresser. Shopped multiple stores and liked the options here. The staff were nice and professional. While many other locations had months long back orders this store was only about a month out for all our purchases. I picked up all our furniture and got all the needed help for lifting and getting the furniture in safe for the drive. Only one piece was slightly damaged. I called and the store was more than willing to help but it was damage I felt I could fix on my own. The store is clean, spacious, with good options.

We were told our stuff would be available "after Christmas". It's still not here and we ordered 2nd week of December. After reading the small print on the back it can take more than 10 weeks to get your stuff. Staff is nice but I will NEVER buy from them again . I could have had a dresser built in this much time.

It's a crapshoot. The staff is very friendly and helpful while you're shopping. If you happen to get good furniture, all's good. The problem is when you have a problem. We bought a power loveseat that felt good in the store. The one they delivered is defective. Like sitting in a buckboard wagon. The seat is hard. I can feel the motor hitting my back. They did finally send a tech out to look at it. He agreed it was defective but all they would let him do is shove more stuffing in it. He recommended replacing it and that's what we requested. They put us off and lied and kept us hanging. After awhile, they stopped taking our calls. Furniture World can go to hell. They don't stand behind what they sell.

Sherri is pleasant, helpful and great to work with! Special ordered one of the England sectionals and I am in love ! Wish I could attach the photo here. It did take some time to come in due to COVID-19 but it was well worth the wait.

It has a nice selection of you are willing to wait a while for your furniture. We didn't buy there though because we wanted our furniture that day. The staff wasn't the friendliest either.
