100% would recommend having Raymond assist with all your needs! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We came in looking for pillows and walked out with 2 new pillows, and a new mattress for an amazing deal we couldn’t pass down!! He will help you in anyway he can, whether you’re having some financial issues or just can’t decide what’s best for you! Ask for him when you come in!

Raymond was great to work with. Really made us feel at home and let us take our time. We ended up coming back a month later and he was great then also.

Tish was wonderful and super helpful. We bought our brand new tempurpedic mattress which was surprisingly the most comfortable especially being a side sleeper. We tried several others but it just fit perfectly for our needs.

Got a few emails to do this review so here we go. Our over all experience has been incredibly stressful. At first it was fine, they asked their questions and we tried out a few mattresses. Then we came back after they got their new mattress machine and tried out more mattresses. We found one that was amazing and paid the high price for it. But then they started fear mongering us about the 2 different warranties and how literally everything can/will void them. They said that we had to get THEIR mattress protector in order to have THEIR warranty covered, which prices range from $100-$120. Then the day of delivery came and we got a mattress dropped of with a stain on it. We took pictures and reported it immediately. They told us we could do a mattress exchange or "use stain remover" as our options. We had to tell them 12 or do times over the course of 3 hours both in person and over the phone that we wanted to do the exchange. They refused to process an exchange and sent us home with a bottle of stain remover. Furthermore the mattress we have is a firm/hard mattress and we ordered a medium. My spouse and I have hardly slept sense 12-30-25 when the mattress was delivered. We tried to process a return/refund and was informed that they don't offer those because of their "sleep guarantee" which is not actually a guarantee. What they don't tell you (unless you call corporate) is that after the 30 days minimum that you have to keep the 1st mattress, you have to fill out a questionnaire and get their permission to swap for another mattress of equal or higher value (your reasonable for paying the difference and a $100 fee). We are now stuck with a mattress that is to hard for us to sleep on and a company doing everything they can to avoid helping us. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this company. They are the only place we have purchased a mattress that does not offer return/refunds. Update: I have sent 2 emails to the address that was provided by the "owner" and have not received any response so far. I have however continued to receive emails from them asking me to leave a review. I strongly urge any possible customers to avoid this business at all costs and deal direct with the manufacture

Great experience! Davion took plenty of time with us to answer all questions and be sure that we got just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.
