We purchased a house in Bozeman recently. We had to furnish the entire 4,000 sq ft house from scratch. We were very lucky to have had Sarah Bucklin with Gallatin Valley Furniture to help. Sara was amazing and the selection of furniture, rugs, lamps, artwork and accessories at GVF was amazing, as well. We were also very impressed with the delivery and installation team. They not only delivered the furniture under Sarah’s direction but also hung the artwork. My wife and I can recommend GVF and Sarah Bucklin without any reservations.

We were looking for new couches and chairs. We had purchased furniture from GVF years ago and we visited the store in Bozeman again. The show room was large and well stocked and organized. We found the pieces we needed quickly with the help of Paul Jakovic a very knowledgeable salesman. After a search of fabrics the price that we were quoted was significantly below MSRP. After the order was placed the pieces were delivered to our house in Helena in about 75 days. It could have been sooner but we were oot. Beau x Christopher removed our old furniture and replaced them with the four new items without a scratch or dent and were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Gallatin Valley Furniture for your furniture needs. JRR x CMK

We just received our new furniture and couldn't be happier. Paul the sales.guy was very patient and spent a lot of time helping us pick out the right style and fabrics. The delivery guys were pleasent, efficient and very careful. They spent time to make sure everything was where we wanted it. They cleaned up and took all the packing materials. Very nice job all around.

Beau, Christopher and Tyler delivered our sleeper sofa today. It was a tricky, upstairs move in. They were very thorough, on time and carful.

Absolutely awful service. Came today in store to help my mom pick out a couch. We walked around for 40 minutes sitting on couches without anyone saying so much as a word to either of us. My mom found multiple couches she liked annd was ready to buy, but we had to leave because no one would help us or answer questions. Absolutely awful service I asked out loud multiple times “I wonder if this sectional comes in a different size “, “could you get this in any different pattern or color?”. From someone who has done customer service for many years I hope you guys don’t treat all customers like that because you truly did lose someone who is just looking for help, and to spend tens of thousands of dollars😂 awful store
