Mattress Firm Bozeman

Chris and the team at Mattress Firm were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and accommodating right from the get go. My partner and I both have very different preferences / needs and he made every effort to make sure we had the right fit that worked for both of us - not an easy task! All in all super thrilled with the entire experience and mattress that we went with. I would highly recommend shopping here - don’t waste your time looking around elsewhere. (You’ll end up right back here!)

Today I purchased my second bed from Mattress Firm. I continue to shop here for the customer service, options and quality. David was so friendly and helped me find a mattress that fits my needs and budget. They made the entire process so easy with delivery and hauling my old mattress. Highly recommend!

Chris Navarro with Mattress Firm went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress for us - he even made a house call free of charge after his shift to ensure our remote was working correctly! He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly cares about his customers and recommending the best product for their needs. I would highly recommend Chris and Mattress Firm for any mattress or pillow needs you may have - you won't find a better salesperson to partner with for what you're looking for! Thank you, Chris! :)

We were in need of a new mattress and we’re grateful to have chosen Mattress Firm! This locally owned spot has a helpful and friendly staff to help find what you need. Challis helped us find the perfect mattress and new pillows, helping us understand the differences between all the options. No pressure, just helpful and ensured we got what we needed!

Chalis was absolutely amazing. He is very professional, kind and patient. He took the time to show us all the different options and features as well as answer any questions we had. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Best part he WASN’T your typical salesman pushy he is the complete opposite!
