Gardner Outlet Furniture

I went to look around for a couch and mattress and patio furniture just to look. I never felt pressured the sales associate. Briana was excellent. Very informative about all of the furniture I was looking at. She helped me with mattresses and was extremely knowledgeable It was an excellent experience came back with my husband had a different sales associate very informative. We went back for a third time purchase the mattress with Briana could not be happier. She was very professional low-key extremely knowledgeable.

Very happy with both the furniture and the delivery service! The delivery guys (John and Cam) were right on time, worked quickly and carefully. They were very personable, professional, and hardworking. Everything went smoothly and I really appreciated the great service through the whole process!

I bought a full length mirror here yesterday. It was one of the few places where I could actually find something that was nearly six feet tall and also a stand on it's own design. A nice little find. Joe and Ken were great. I will definitely come here again.

Scott was excellent! He definitely knows the floor, the style of the different furniture in the store and helped us with exactly what we needed. He knew measurements off the top of his head, when we changed our mind from sectional to a regular 3 cushion couch - a few times - we spent 0 time wandering or looking, he knew exactly where the pieces were and every detail about them. We also purchased a mattress and Scott was incredibly knowledgeable about those, too. He answered every question with confidence and no hesitation. Highly recommend Gardner Furniture and if he’s there, request Scott!

I had a great experience thanks to Scott and Joe. They were incredibly patient and worked with me after my original selection didn’t fit, helping me find the perfect alternative. The level of service went above and beyond. We have a tough space to deliver to, and they even arranged for one of their seasoned delivery crews (who don’t typically deliver anymore) to ensure everything went smoothly. The entire process was seamless, and I really appreciated the extra care. Highly recommend!
