Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Our delivery was just as pictured in the store and the delivery drivers were outstanding, quick and efficient leaving no mess behind and one even wanted to remove their shoes before entering my home which I said was unnecessary! Truly a great experience and our new table looked fantastic!

I had purchased items in previous years from Bob's in Worcester, and was pleased with the product, so it was easy to return to a Bob's Store, this time closer to home in Leominster. I was looking for a new bed & mattress, plus other items. Shelley was very helpful, providing options and allowing me the time to look around. She answered questions & provided suggestions, and I never felt rushed. It was a great experience. I returned the following day to place my order and Shelley was off. Eric helped me take care of the order. He was great, and made sure to tell me Shelley would get credit for the sale. The manager, Lisa, also made sure to go over my order so everything was correct before submitting. It was a stress-free experience. An amazing staff! The customer is a top priority.. Thank You, Vicki Arsenault

The store was emaculate and had beautiful set ups. The service was amazing very friendly, not pushy like most places. And the buying process was fast and affordable, we wanted time to paint our living room before we got our new furniture and they worked with us to make that happen, and we don't need to pay anything until the furniture comes. Ryan the sales associate was friendly, thorough, and very accommodating. I would refer anyone to bobs furniture.

Ryan was super patient with us from the jump. We had trouble with choosing but Ryan made us feel welcome and not a bother. He knew all details of the furniture and was professional and responsive to our needs. We were able to buy a nice new sofa for our home with his expertise. There was a seamless purchase process and just awaiting our delivery.

My husband and I went to Bob’s to look for some new furniture. The gentleman who assisted us was Pete. He was patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and he was vey kind! We recommend you ask for him. I told him that he was better than a 10 and that he was an 11! Super friendly and provided great customer service! We will ask for him again when we come back to shop for more furniture.
