Gates has been such a wonderful experience! Everyone involved in the process has exceeded our expectations! Lory began our journey by helping us pick out furniture that works for our lifestyle and our new home. She even came to our house to help us design a layout! Lory is very knowledgeable about home design and today's trends. She stayed with us through the entire journey, even came when the furniture was delivered. We truly appreciated having her on our team. The delivery guys, Ely and Alex, were fantastic as well. Very careful not to damage anything, applying felt pads to furniture legs so as to not damage our floors, top notch! The furniture is beautiful And the quality is AMAZING! Thank you Gates Team for making our house a home !!

Exceptional service by all that have helped us. Jason, in the service Department, Aurora, in sales and for the delivery crew. Thank you, all for your kindness and hard work. We appreciate you! We are enjoying our recliners and double chair. We recently had to have our furniture, repaired. That were from a different purchase. Jason from sales was very understanding and told me they would fix the chair purchased within a couple years ago, for free. They replaced and fixed all that was broken, to a brand new chair! I’m grateful for such a great staff! Thank you so much!

The experience of locating my new chair and the purchasing process was very smooth. Then the delivery process was as well easy. Now as I have enjoyed my new chair for a couple weeks I must say it is the BEST chair I have ever had. I know it will suit my needs for years to come .

We just moved back to Grants Pass and needed two new recliners. Gates has always been wonderful to work with. They held our recliners until we found a home to purchase, which took three months. Then they helped us tremendously with delivering them and placing them in the house. They are Veteran and Senior Citizen conscious. Their store is a delight to visit, we love going there.

I received my order from Gates Furniture in Grants Pass, OR a week ago and I couldn't be happier. The delivery was sooner than expected. The delivery guys were courteous and set up everything I needed to sit right down with a cup of hot tea and read my newest novel. Thank you again Gates Furniture for providing quality items that I know will still look good years down the road.
