Shan and Ryan are the absolute best! They are funny and literally know all of the ins and outs of their products!! Gavigans has such high quality items and they are so in tune with today’s style. I will not shop anywhere else! So far I bought a wine cabinet, and etager, and a stunning tangerine couch and love seat!!! Once we design our house I am coming back for a bedroom suite and a gorgeous table and chair set that I am obsessed with!! I’m glad I came in and discovered such quality furniture at such great prices!!! Xoxo

He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Steven was very helpful in the purchase of a new bedroom set. He was knowledgeable about the product and pointed out its advantages. Also he worked with us on the price. We have purchased from Gavigans for many years and continue to be very pleased with the product and the customer service.

My mom and I wandered in Gavigans looking for a new sofa chaise after not having luck at Boscovs and we ended up purchasing the perfect sofa chaise and tv stand! We were greeted by Gary who immediately helped us find the perfect couch in our price range. He was so kind and so helpful and worked with the manager to meet our budget—— we’re beyond grateful! They were not kidding about their sales, Gary did so well by us and our budget we even ended up getting a tv stand as well. Thank you SO much Gary, we will be sure to be back for your help on our next furniture purchases!!

My first impression walking into the store was 5 Stars. Staff was very nice and helpful. I decided to sleep on my decision and went back a couple of days later and Purchased a Sofa. I was given the option to change the fabric of the sofa which i did. I was told because of that i would have to wait 10-12 Weeks before it would be ready. I was asked if i wanted to pay for delivery. I opted out and i Told the sales guy these words verbatim "no we have a pickup truck i and we do not live far from here we can come pick it up. He then said ok sounds good and we finished the payment process. i received a receipt and i went on my way. this was 3/9/26. the 12th Week rolls around at the end of May i call to get an update since i have yet to hear from anyone from the store. they aren't able to see anything from the manufacture, so they have to email them. I was told it takes two to three days for them to hear back from the manufacture. OK!! I wait two days and call for another update they still don't know anything; they also can't give me a date as to when it will be in, if it's on a Truck NOTHING!!! so, on JUNE 6TH i decide to stop into the store. At this point I'm beyond frustrated I spoke with the lady at the desk she looked up the account and still was not able to tell me anything regarding a date. She said she would call management or some higher up to get more details. but before she makes the call, she says, "the issue is gas is so high right now that the truckers aren't willing to move their trucks unless they have a full load" and I said to her with all due respect that has NOTHING to do with me. so, after the call She then tells me that my sofa is on a truck coming from Tennessee and it should be arriving at the warehouse on the 9th of June. OK COOL. so, then she goes on to say do you know where the warehouse is located!!! EXCUSE ME!! I was never told that the warehouse is located somewhere else! so I ask where it is. She Said LINTHICUM MARYLAND!!! first off when I originally made the purchase on 3/9 I should have been made aware that pick up would be a little over an hour away from the actual store and from where I live!!!! Long Story Even longer, I'm Pissed and its 6/10/26 and i still do not have our sofa! I told them that i want it delivered to my home free of Charge. I did Receive a call from the warehouse to schedule delivery. she said the sofa will be delivered on 6/18/26 between the times of 7 and 8pm!! so i guess i have to miss a day of work to wait for this Sofa! I will NEVER purchase anything else from this store and i don't recommend anyone else go there if you value your money and time
