Review: Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at this store. My order took an excessive amount of time to arrive. Upon delivery, I discovered a stain on the couch. I immediately tried to resolve the issue over the phone, but the communication was unprofessional as it only responded after several prompting. I eventually walked into the store just to get a response from the staff. I was told in person that someone would reach out to schedule a time to remove the stain, it has been silent ever since. I haven't heard a word from them, and the lack of follow-through is beyond frustrating.

Came into there store, because went to Bob's and didn't feel like I was listed too. Well as soon as I showed up in mr furniture found that I've might have made a mistake. But I totally misjudged them. Because I was greeted and welcomed. My younger kids were with me. And they were kept busy in the store playing. And as I talking to sales associate he listed to me and understood what I was looking for. With missing a beat he turned around and didn't have was I was looking for. But sat down and completely went over my Dimensions of my needs. He tried hard and found what I was looking for and ordered it for me. He gave me the idea of the couch and love seat and showed me the fabric of it and color. Then made sure I understood pricing and broke it all down. After that I was convinced that was what I needed. He said if I wasn't satisfied with it he would make I was going to be happy. On delivery day he and his staff showed up and all promises were met. I was totally happy with the complete experience and will do business with them again. Big shout to them all there. All staff is amazing. Thank you all.

I bought new living room suit 7 months ago and been sitting on them at least 18 hours a day since working at home and they still feel and look new. Great Quality! Now as far as the owner and staff. They are the greatest folks you'll ever want to talk or deal with. They'll work with you and make sure everything is right. I'll be back.

I had been searching for furniture to furnish my new home for a couple months and with all of the supply chain issues I was basically told I would have to wait 12-16 months to recieve my order. Not at Frederick Furniture, I went in on a Wednesday and my furniture was delivered and completely assembled on Saturday. The customer service is top notch and I completely love my furniture. I recommend that you check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Oh my God, I have all my furniture from them and I got my all my delivery on time and I have a nice sofa for my living room. It looks so nice and looks so luxury . I really love them. And I will continue to buy from them. I really do love Mr. Funiture too.
