Gill Bros. Furniture & Mattress

the best place to get your furniture. we went to the “discount store” on i-69, and they were charging us way too much. when we came here, it was the same dining room set for cheaper and better quality!!

I have worked with Gill Bros. (Muncie) both personally and professionally over the years. My most recent purchase was for our home. Everyone, from sales to delivery, did an outstanding job. In particular, Tracy Maynard my sales rep was so helpful. She was able to help find fabric that went with the custom draperies we already have. I would highly recommend Gill Bros. if you’re looking for furniture. Be sure to ask for Tracy!

As I am still currently working with Gill Bros on my order, this review will be updated at a later time. First off, let me say that it takes a lot for me to leave a Google review as I just don’t find it necessary to place a review for average products with average service. It has to either be exceptional or horrendous for me to use my time typing a review. I called Gill Bros in Muncie to ask if they had a specific Sofa/Loveseat in stock and lucky me, sales associate Tracy answered the phone. I cannot emphasize enough how dedicated this woman is to customer service satisfaction! She went above and beyond for us several times and although we just met, treated us like family friends! We called Gill Bros because were comparing the pricing, and in stock options for the set we wanted. Klopfenstein in Fort Wayne had the same set at a slightly discounted price (it was also a floor model and not the color we wanted). Tracy went to speak with her sales manager Chris and came back to the phone to let me know that they would match their sticker price in our preferred color and new from the warehouse! She has taken my messages with questions from home on her time off, she’s even offered to meet us at the showroom on her day off if necessary! Needless to say, her hard work, dedication and determination led to us buying not only the sofa/loveseat we were looking for but also 2 rocker/recliners, a dinette set and a new mattress!! Absolutely dedicated to the customer which for me, has led me to be a fan of Gill Bros Furniture in Muncie! I hope Richard Gill knows what a gem he has!! 💎

We like the quality of Gill Brothers furniture. Worked with a wonderful sales representative, Jody, and she helped us greatly. There were some minor issues worth the recliners and they sent someone out immediately and took care of the problem. Very pleased.

We are very happy with everything everyone is so helpful and very friendly specially with the delivery guys! I can’t thank them enough we appreciate everything. We highly recommend Gil brothers, we definitely go back there again, thank you so much!!
