Ollie's Bargain Outlet

We live in Anderson, and normally shop at the Anderson one. They only had two of something and I needed two more so we went to muncie. That store is a disaster. It looks like a cyclone hit it, it looks like it’s been ransacked. I could not even believe it. There is stuff everywhere. The Anderson Ollie is pretty darn organized and neat. I’ll never go back to the muncie ever again even if I need something that the Anderson one doesn’t have. It was not worth the trip.

Good prices but you never know if theye going to carry what you need. I guess if you're not a college age guy with a 30 inch waist dont bother trying to buy underwear there. They dont carry any that fit grown men. Theit employees arent even apologetic about not being stocked. Half the time you go you'll waste your time. And their cashiers, while not quite exacly rude, are certainly apathetic toward customers, and very defensive about the lack of stock.

Employees were really nice, the store was well kept, and there was so much variety at really good prices.

This store in Muncie is getting out of hand ( it’s a mess)! More items come in a they put it anywhere there is a hole. So disorganized something needs to be done!!!!! I visit other stores (Warsaw, Anderson, Kokomo) much better kept. Surely the manager could designate area(s) for their employees to cover on a timely manner to keep it organized. Please, please try to address this problem!!! A concerned customer

In my opinion, the store is a disorganized mess. I'd guess they do not hire a lot of staff in an effort to keep prices down. I did find a couple of items to purchase. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. They have a wide variety of items.
