We have purchased many pieces of furniture from Gilliam Thompson’s. The sales people are always very friendly and helpful. We wanted to purchase a recliner for mom for Mother’s Day. They had just what we wanted at a great price. When it was delivered m, it had a tear. I called and talked to Sam. He assured me they would take care of it. They delivered a new one on the next delivery day! Mom loves her recliner. To me a business isn’t 5 stars because they never make mistakes- no ones perfect- they are 5 star because of the way they fix them!

I visited the next day and was warmly greeted by experienced and friendly sales lady. She patiently worked with me and I selected an awesome sofas at an excellent price and got FREE delivery to Paducah. Overall you couldn't ask for better service and products selection. View on GoogleDelightful shopping experience for me at Gilliam Thompson Furniture. I wasn't hovered over by sales persons, but when I was ready to discuss business Whitney Green was spot on. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful, & very kind answering ALL my questions & super easy to conduct business with. No hassels, or issues with any of my choices made the transaction easy peasy for me. This is my second purchase and when I'm needing furniture in the future I will return. Huge selections, great staff, plus home delivery cannot be beat!!!!
