Farmers Home Furniture | Mayfield, KY

Dustin and his partner ( can’t remember his name ) were excellent and answered all of our questions about our new couch that we love. Give them a raise foreal! - Champy

I absolutely love it here, they delivered my furniture was helpful and professional. As usual not even a month afterwards I had my account, our old washer went out that we have had for several years, it was devastating because I had no way of getting another one out of pocket, I contacted farmers and same day I had a new one plus 10% off. Was able to add to next payment date. It was such a relief! I highly recommend Farmer's Home! Heather was excellent and made things so easy and fast for us.

Great place with amazing items and an even better staff!! Every single staff member is an absolute pleasure to work with :) (special shoutout to Penny!!!) I highly recommend them for any of your household needs they will work with you to make sure the payments fit your budget and that you leave entirely satisfied with your purchase-no buyers remorse here! Go check them out, they always are having great giveaways and sales going on…you’ll never know what you might find!

Went in on a Wednesday, I needed a specific size sofa. Found it, was told by Sales associate that I should wait on day and there would be a 25% discount via a sale. We also discussed delivery. No problem, on Thursday I arrived, frist sales associate wasn't there, I spoke to another one. She informed me that the "Sale" doesn't start until Friday, so I told her, I'll be back. On Friday I arrived and saw the same person, she apologized and told me she was wrong she should have sold me the sofa the day before. She did the paperwork and of course went through the customary sales pitch for added services. I didn't take them mainly because the price of the sofa was 150 dollars more than I had orginally been led to believe. I wanted the sofa so I paid in full. While I was sitting there, a loud discussion about delivery people's hours was discussed between 2-3 people. Needless to say my delivery was delayed one full week. No one set up an appointment, I called and ask if they were coming, after 10 minutes, they decided yes and gave me a window.. delivery was fine with one exception, I have a charging port on the arm of the sofa, they had no idea there is a power cord inside. May I suggest TRAINING, I try to buy local in this economy

As a nonprofit we need our dollars to stretch. With the great deals at Farmers and the amazing store manager Heather we were able to meet our needs and stay in budget. Thank you Farmers for helping us serve our Veterans!!
