Every detail of our custom hutch was handled perfectly by Lisa A. Delivery was handled so well by Davonte and Jake, everything was explained and shown to me in detail. Our hutch is so beautiful and well made 😍 A+ all around!

My husband and I were greeted by Mark Maymon. He was awesome and helped us with all aspects of our purchase. We would highly recommend Gish’s Furniture for both high quality products and service. This was our second time purchasing beautiful wood furniture from Gish and hopefully won’t be our last!!

I really wish I did not have to write this review, but this one needs to be done. I went in right after my father passed to purchase the remaining furniture we needed for the dining room set to match. New exactly what we wanted and needed, went there on their Bogo sale. The sales woman who I dealt with really wasn't knowledgeable. Picked out everything we needed, everything was written down exactly what we purchased. Paid for the whole thing in full. Get a phone call a week later, and said that the sales woman added it up wrong And that I owed basically another 4K. Trying to tell me that the one piece of furniture I purchased doesn't come as a whole entire thing. It is a piece meal set. Finally the manager from the store she was very nice. Very polite. Understood exactly my side of the story. She took it to the higher up to the Gish family, manager gets back to me and basically tells me the Gish family said not their problem. The family said didn't he go and read the fine print that the sales woman explained. The sales woman never went over anything besides how will you be paying for this? Now I've already purchased from this facility almost $30,000 in furniture over the past five years. I've had friends and family also purchase a very high dollar worth of furniture from this facility. That means absolutely nothing to them. I've had managers from the other stores that I stopped in, just to see how they would react to this situation. They all agreed that I should've never had to pay the difference because of the sales person's mistake if I already paid for it in full. But I needed this furniture to finish off my set so I just broke down and paid. Then after waiting months for the furniture to come in, it was all wrong. Which then the Service department and the manager from the store were very sympathetic as they always are and very polite And they did their best to go and resolve the problem. I finally have all the correct stuff now. That's why I'm writing this which I wish I never had to. For the Gish family to be this way to a consumer shows you that they're all about the almighty dollar. I had a friend was all ready to place their brand new order for their brand new house out in Hershey for each room from this facility and after my experience this last time they canceled the whole entire thing. I advised everybody to be aware and look over every detail before purchasing anything from this facility from this point forward.

Tim and Mark were great! My wife and I visited last year and Mark was very patient and helpful. This year I returned and Tim took his time, no pressure, and a few days later we placed the order. I picked up this past Friday. Mark helped me load and offered a cup of coffee. He also expressed concern about my hernia and heart condition. He couldn’t have been a better guy to help. This snowy Sunday, wife and I are planning more purchases ! Yours sincerely - Clark

Lisa the salesperson was very helpful and professional. She offered to have the pieces custom designed for us. She even sketched out what we were describing to her. Both pieces turned out beautifully and fit just right in the house. We love the pieces. Delivery was on time and carefully put together and placed where we wanted. Thank you, Gary and Julia
