Stay AWAY from this FAKE company. They sell cheap untrusted products, low-quality used pillows that are toxic and emit unpleasant odors, lacking both identification tags and care instructions. This company has extremely RUDE customer service representatives, including Michelle Perez, whom I recorded yelling and screaming in a chaotic manner after I asked to speak to a supervisor. Since July 12th she refused to assist me, and process a return and refund, hung up on my calls several times, and insisted that I could only speak to her, dismissing my requests to transfer my call to a manager to assist me with my request. This company shipped used, without tags and proper labeling pillows which violate consumer protection laws! I am preparing to submit a legal complaint to the BBB and FTC concerning the fraudulent product and unreliable goods that this company is profiting from, in addition to their worst customer service.

Great products and attentive service. We had a great experience shopping there for the entire family's new mattresses. They have a big selection for all needs and the staff is very knowledgeable. Delivery to our house was on time and professional. I strongly recommend it!
