Bought a mattress online received it unboxed it four days later one side is flat one side is like has three lumpy sections!

TL:DR Version: Nice bed for cheap. Very nice staff. Had an issue with wrong parts used in the bed by the staff and caused cosmetic damage to the frame, but all in all, the staff was very nice. I would recommend them, but include that you should check the parts used, to stop future damage to the frame / bed you choose. Full Version: The staff here were very nice and informative. When we walked in, the owner came over with a booklet and let us look through it to see what we liked and helped us with every question. The customer service was amazing and pleasant. We ended up not getting anything from the book, but decided on a display bed we saw in the window. It was a floral post cap day bed and would fit our daughter perfectly. They arrived when they said they would and put it together downstairs in my house. Today I went to take it apart as the room it needed to go to was upstairs and wouldn't fit through the doorway. When I took the screws out I noticed that there was a temporary bolt mechanism that wasn't supposed to be with the bed. The part actually caused damage to the back post and the bolt that was in it was bent and stripped. I called the office and let them know that the parts were different and the owner didn't seemed surprised but stated that it had never happened before. She offered to comp the cost of new parts which was nice, however it would only cost a dollar to get the correct bolt system and screw for the bed. The damage to the post is hidden inside the frame of the bed so we are going to deal with it, as it was a fairly cheap bed. Aside from this mishap the staff, including the owner, delivery guy / person that put it together, were pretty nice. I would just recommend checking what parts are put in so you don't have to go back out to get it fixed.

went to see them to purchased an advertised item, out of stock and would not use a substitute. Saleslady was rude. acts as though there are not other places to make bed purchases. Better to find out about poor service before we made a purchases opposed to finding out after the purchase.

Bought a bed frame and a mattress with plush it was reasonable decent quality. Friendly & straightforward service.
