Mor Furniture for Less

Walked in and Kevin greeted me and showed me to the refreshments and the rest room. Then he sold me a nice sectional! KC and Jason were there to help along the way as well. Super easy to deal with and great business!! We will be back!!

The salesman was very nice and helped my friend find a bed. She was very pleased with Douglas. Bought the bed today and is being delivered tomorrow! We will return when she is ready to buy a couch.

We showed up at Glendale location, and Douglas manager at store helped us with our purchase. Their prices are problaby thr lowest in the valley. All what I can say, great service, great people, we were very happy and definetaly we will be coming back to tjis store. Sincerely Victor Parra

We purchased a bar dining table set from Mor Furniture on May 30 and were told by the salesperson that delivery would take approximately 4–6 weeks. We specifically explained that we had been considering another table from a different furniture store that could arrive sooner, but we were willing to wait because we liked this set, as long as the timeline was not going to be much longer. To be safe, the salesperson put an estimated delivery date of July 19 on our order, which was already beyond the 4–6 week window. Today, we called to follow up and were told the new estimated delivery date is August 11. I understand that delays can happen, but the bigger issue is the lack of communication and poor customer service. No one reached out to update us. When we called, there was no real concern, no helpful solution, and no effort to make the situation right. The response was essentially that we could return it or wait, with no confidence that the August 11 date will even hold. We were also told this has been happening with a lot of customers, which is concerning. It makes it feel like customers are being sold on delivery timelines that Mor Furniture may not actually be able to meet. This is the second time I have purchased from Mor Furniture, and unfortunately, it is the second time we have had issues. Based on this experience and the lack of customer care, I would not purchase from Mor again and would not recommend them to others.

I had a great time shopping here! Cassandra was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and made the experience enjoyable. She has an amazing personality! If you're shopping for furniture, I highly recommend asking for Cassandra—you'll be in great hands!
