Grand Furniture Outlet

I purchased a futon and living room set. The prices were affordable and they even worked in a few deals for me. The staff and delivery team were amazing! I expressed what I wanted, and they got exactly what I asked for! The delivery team was friendly and arrived on-time. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you again!

Their online store is insufficient. I purchased an online item that listed “in stock” only to receive an email 3-4 days later that it was actually out of stock. They have two sets of management, one person that’s in charge of online orders that does NOT work in the store, and a manager that works in the store. I was given a date when my item would be back in stock, I actually received it a week early. I was told it would be available for pick up “after 3pm”, I was there at 3pm only to be told it will be available for pick up at 430pm. Customer Service and communication could be better! However, I’m happy with the product purchase.

I believe this store is closed. Drove all the way here and it looks nothing like the pictures.

Grand Furniture is awesome MIKE the owner he’s wonderful man he’ll do anything you need he needs to do. Thank you so much what you did for us.

The company was ultimately amazing from beginning to finish. The sales guys were very straightforward and fast with getting our order 3 days and delivered by a great set of men. The Supreme Team will always be successful at their fast service. They were very professional Cam and Douglas were fantastic. This company is amazing. Will definitely be back for our next bedroom suite soon. Thanks again
