Grove Appliance Furniture & Mattress

I ordered a refrigerator online and upon delivery, noticed a dent and scratch on the refrigerator door. I called and was told they would send a technician to replace the door. Had to take time away from work again to accommodate the technician, and upon inspection of the replacement, the new door had another dent in the top seam of the door. Now I have to wait another 5 days for the 3rd door and take more time away from work. I called and the staff and they said they could give me $50 bucks or a new door but they wouldn’t do both. They refused to make me whole again even after the hassle and runaround they’ve caused my family. I was told ”I’m sorry you feel that way” which is a classic manipulation tactic, and total avoidance of accountability for the poor experience. On top of that, I called Home Depot to order a new microwave and they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock but gave me an upgraded model and marked it down $40. Local businesses treat people like garbage and have to accountability for the customer experience then wonder why people shop at a big box store. Here’s a perfect example. Save yourself the headache and go to Home Depot. I wish I could give zero (0) stars.

I can’t say enough good things about Grove Appliance & furniture. They have respect for your home, knowledgeable and professional crews. Their repair service is awesome. I purchased the extended warranty for peace of mind. You call and a repair person is at your home with in days not weeks. The service was great. Haley was very helpful. I was able to give her the specifics of what I needed and she showed me everything available fitting the specifications. They had multiple items in their selection allowing the freedom to be picky. Haley answered any questions as well as pointed out the perks of each model. This is the third time I've purchased from Grove Appliance. I don't even shop around anymore. They're spectacular!
