I've now purchased a refrigerator, stove, washer, & dryer from Groves Appliance Furniture in Carrollton. Staff is very nice & knowledgeable. I appreciate that they're goal is to meet your needs rather than trying to get you to choose the most expensive product. Very patient & attentive to answering questions & giving their honest opinions based off their own knowledge or feedback from others. I love that delivery is free & if you need your old hauled away, they offer that option at no charge. Also, if you want your new purchase hooked up, there's a minimal fee to do that for you. Groves offers their own warranty that their staff will return to service anything that may need fixed. Delivery guys are great and are very timely at getting everything taken care of ... I'm going to say with my deliveries, they were in & out withing a half hour. I don't have anything negative to say, absolutely nothing. I'll definitely go back to Groves in Carrollton for any future purchases!!

They were here on time , I was amazed how fast and efficient they were. Took both old appliances with them . They have sent me emails with the warranty info so I don’t have to keep up with it.
