Recently bought a couch and I absolutely love it..I recommend them for quality products and quality service!
View on GoogleKudos to Andy and Jerry! One of the recliners we purchased had some issues. After their repairman attempted to fix it, it still was not working properly. They cheerfully agreed with me and replaced it! So far, the replacement is doing great! I know if I have any more issues, they will gladly take care of me! Thanks again! I love our recliners!
View on GoogleWow. What an experience. My father and I came in this afternoon and immediately was greeted with a nice friendly smile. Melanie was such a a pleasure to be around. Made the buying experience just that much better. I highly recommend this small mom and pop shop before going to the big box stores. Thank you so much Melanie.
View on GoogleI called Phil to see if he could get us a better price on 2 Lazboy Lancer recliners. he texted me back saying " I'll sell you two lancers with all the bells & whistles for $2199" We thought that was a great deal, so we agreed to order them. However we did not get all the bells & whistles. Both recliners were missing the lumbar option . We certainly would never say we want everything except the lumbar option. The word all means all . We reached out to them to get this corrected but they refused to make it right. Will not do business with them again. Buyer beware !! 3-2-2025 edit Its really unfortunate that we had this issue. We really do like the 2 recliners we got . We just wanted the lumbar. Spent a lot of money & simply didn't get what we wanted. Side note --No one has ever contacted us in any form to make any effort to resolve the issue .
View on GoogleWe have purchased furniture and flooring from them multiple times and are very satisfied with the selection and promptness of delivery.
