Half Price Furniture & Mattress Store of Las Vegas

Came here with a certain bed frame in mind and they helped me execute it right away. Placed an order and will have it delivered to my new place right away. Thank you Gary and Maria. Great people. Update (05/20/26): Just got my bed delivered by Francisco and Franklin. They did such a great job. So friendly and efficient. They put everything together in a matter of minutes. Had to make sure they had snacks and water before they went on their way. Such great guys. (Note: Please take care of the delivery and assembly team as they work hard at what they do.) And just need to give another huge THANK YOU to Maria over at the Rainbow/Spring Mountain location. She kept me in the loop at all times (even on her off days) and she went above and beyond. You’re the best Maria. Thank you for your dedication in making this process seamless. Appreciate you.

Half Price Furniture is predatory and unprofessional. We went in looking for a bed in a box advertised online. Upon arriving to the store we were told that they were “special order only”. We decided to look around when we had the misfortune of encountering Gary who advised that we should probably just go to Walmart. After I began asking more questions about a mattress and bedroom set, Gary’s slimy tactics began. He quickly snatched the paper advertising a $1200 bedroom set and began telling us “it’s good you’re buying now because the sale ends today”. He encouraged me that I wouldn’t have to pay anything for several months with their zero interest credit line. But when I asked for information regarding interest they told me they would have to run my credit first—never a good option. I decided not to take my chances with their financing. And I was shocked when the bill was almost 3K. When I inquired as to why it was so much they began rattling off a bunch of numbers including a delivery fee and warranty that were never mentioned. They also added on a box spring which wasn’t even on the display I had picked out. He adjusted the price a few hundred and took off the box spring. We confirmed the bed size was a Queen multiple times and he called the warehouse to make sure they had it. So I was shocked when I received an email confirming the purchase of a King Bedroom set. The day of delivery I spoke with the main office who advised that I had been in fact been charged for and was scheduled for delivery of a KING bedroom set. Upset, I informed them that i would refuse delivery and that I felt misled and scammed by Gary. They insured me that they would take care of it and call me back—they did not. But Gary did. Gary explained to me that “HE did NOHING wrong” that “it was the girl who made a mistake” and told me “don’t be mad”. He offered to add an extra $100 to the warranty or refund $100 despite him not making any mistake or overcharging me. I opted for the refund but haven’t received anything for over 2 months. Not to mention the delivery guys left the boxes in front of our community dumpster next to signs saying that residents can be fined for not breaking down boxes-and said nothing. NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself time, money and energy and go to Costco or Walmart if you have to. Felt like I got worked over by a slimy used car salesman.

Had a wonderful shopping and buying experience here at Half Price Furniture. The associates working (Jerri & Maria) who helped us were friendly and did not pressure us at all. Next day delivery and they hooked us up with a coupon that helped with it. Highly recommend this store.

We had a great shopping experience with Gary and Maria. They were so helpful and we were able to get all of the items we were looking for plus extras at a great price. A great sales team.
