Half price mattress of Ocala

I have been looking for a headboard for my bed in my guest bedroom. I was at Lowe's and I stumbled on this place. Jackie was the salesperson and she was extremely helpful in so many ways. She didn't try to get me to buy something that I didn't want. She was very patient with me while I was trying to decide. I found my perfect one. I paid for it and it was to be delivered and set up. I got home only to figure out that it will not fit in my room due to how my door opens. I called Jackie and she took all the exact measurements for me so that I could do a recheck on my measurements. It would not fit. I did look at others but I still haven't found one for me. She was very nice and did give me a refund. I know if I need a new mattress that this will be my go to place!!

I have to say that the customer Service, friendly list, professionalism, hard-working employees, this place definitely has those people here. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect mattress That fit my needs, and I can’t say that about a lot of other mattress stores. The only reason I gave four stars out of five honestly was because I felt like the price was a little higher than what I wanted to spend for it being an outlet mattress store. I was hoping to spend half of what I spent and that’s my only issue is the price and this is just an honest review, but the store itself and the staff are both clean and friendly and they went above and beyond for me multiple times, so I definitely give them a lot of praise and credit for that. Just wish the prices weren’t as high and I wish they would have more selection of things and I understand there are a smaller store, but I just wish there was more to pick for especially for kids. They didn’t have a lot of kid bed frames and stuff like that. But all in all, it is a really good place to find a good mattress And the delivery team and the staff will definitely go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. Two days before Christmas, my house caught fire and I lost a lot of furniture, including my bed. I've been sleeping on a very uncomfortable bed in a RV for 2 months while my house was getting fixed. I finally got to move back into my house this week, and after so many nights sleeping on a crappy mattress, I decided to splurg on a good one. I am SO happy I went to Half Price mattresses in Ocala. Jackie was so wonderful and informative (I was clueless). She let me lay on several until I found the right one. While I was checking out, her staff had already loaded the mattress and frame into my truck. They were all very nice and I never felt pushed or pressured. Fast forward to today, and I have had the best sleep of my life for 6 nights!!! My cat loves it too! 😆
