Delivery was very quick (which I normally would be very pleased about). The guys who delivered did not fully recline the pieces of the sectional. So as they were leaving, I fully reclined all of the pieces. One is broke, will not fully recline without a hard jerk and then tilts at the wrong angle, and two of the pieces have grease on the bottoms. Called Ashley immediately, within 5 minutes of the delivery guys leaving, and they wanted to send out a technician. $3800 couch…no @Ashley you need to replace the broken and dirty pieces. I paid for a brand new fully functional clean sectional. I expect this furniture to be in a working and clean condition. We will see what they will do.

I was pleasantly pleased to get a sales person who was not pushy at all. I told him what I was looking for a platform bed and Ashley had a good variety of them In the end I bought the who set.at a great buy. The whole process went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone: even my own family. Buy the way my daughter told me to go there. This was the easiest part of building my new house. Furniture was delivered on time and despite one piece being dirty from delivery truck (they are sending a tech out to clean it) everything went well. The sectional we got fits perfectly and is very comfortable.
