My husband and I shopped on the weekend before July 4th. Ken was terrific, not pushy at all and very informative of how the mattresses are made. He asked how we sleep and got enough information from us to point us to the right selections. We tried out different ones and bought a queen and a king. This is the first time in years we have slept better and woken up pain free. This trip was way overdue for us. The mattresses were to be delivered on Friday, July 3rd, but they found out the delivery people would be off so they delivered on Monday. The owner himself brought another employee out to help get them to us on Monday. You can't ask for much more than that. Great customer service and we are so happy with our purchase! Very reasonable. Go see them. You won't be disappointed.

This place was fantastic from start to finish. Ken was very friendly and welcoming when we arrived at the showroom on a Saturday. We never felt pressured during the sales process and felt completely at ease while browsing and deciding on a mattress for my son. Ken answered all of our questions thoroughly and even took the time to educate us a bit about the company and how they operate. It’s easy to see why they’ve been around for 50 years. The mattresses all seemed to be very high quality, and they offer a great variety to choose from. I also really like that they manufacture the mattresses themselves and sell directly to the customer. That business model makes a lot of sense and gives you confidence in what you’re buying. The delivery process went smoothly as well. The delivery team was fast, professional, and efficient. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we’ll definitely be shopping here again in the future!

Great place to buy high quality but reasonably priced mattresses! My husband and I just bought one there, and I cannot say enough good things about it. Ken was very knowledgeable. He let us try all the mattresses we were potentially interested in, and helped us to select the perfect one. We love it and are getting a much better sleep. Delivery guys were very efficient and set up our mattress and an adjustable base fast. We highly recommend purchasing beds at Haltom Mattress Company. Do yourself a favor and go there first before you go anywhere else!

We visited here looking for a mattress and wanting to buy local. We had some ideas of what features to look out for, but otherwise hadn't done much more research than that. Ken helped us a lot in informing us about current mattress features and which ones aligned with our expectations for material and firmness, and we were able to hone in on a mattress that felt fantastic to lay on in the store. Ken was courteous, friendly, and professional in guiding our decision and facilitating our purchase, and the delivery ended up also being quick and convenient. I have been loving the new mattress ever since we got it, and my sleep has been so much better after getting out of our old, decade-old mattress. If one wants to try shopping locally and avoiding the larger mattress store chains, then this place is a solid option in the area.
