I haven't had a good night's sleep since I first bought my Carver power boat in 2019. I knew a better mattress would solve the problem, but I also knew that boat mattresses were very expensive. I finally decided to upgrade to a better mattress, and I knew the only choice was Handcraft Mattress Company. I had a chance to meet with Mike at the Annapolis Boat Show where several models were on display. Going with the "System 5" was a slam dunk. It was like laying on a bed of clouds! Mike's follow-up and response time was exemplary! I also dealt with Dave who was awesome and he made sure I got my mattress in time for my annual trip south for the winter. The mattress was packaged perfectly, and it is a gorgeous piece of work. It is like night and day to lay on this mattress vs. the OEM mattress that came with my boat - I am looking forward to many great nights of sleep in the future. It's a lot of money, but as they say - "you get what you pay for." I HIGHLY recommend HMC and their products - you won't be disappointed!

We have purchased two mattresses from this company within the last two years. Both deliveries were extremely poor. We will not purchase from this company, again, due to the way they choose to ship their goods. This is a very expensive purchase and the way it's delivered is "curbside". We have a long driveway and they have twice refused to delivery to our house. They merely drop it off at the road, prop it against a column, and leave it there. It is entirely too heavy to load in your own vehicle, by yourself. Even if they charged more, we would be glad to pay to get an appropriate delivery. The driver even refused to wait 5 minutes for my husband to be home to help him get it in his truck. Over six thousand dollars for a mattress and it's left at the street, in an oversized box. It's a cheap, unprofessional way to ship your mattress. Fed Ex, Amazon, UPS, USPS, all come to our door. We will find a mattress company to do the same moving forward. To be clear, we double checked with this company before the shipment went out and were told, "it will be delivered in a box truck that will come up the driveway with no issue." Well, issue had, but not again.

They custom build beds for boats, come to you to take measurements, and deliver the final product. I purchased the System 2 coil spring bed. This is the best bed I have ever owned. I am sleeping through the night for the first time in many years. Fine, professional service and craftsmanship. Friendly and expert advice. Thank you!

Mike was our sales guy, and was amazing. No pressure, just spot on information to help us pick the right mattress for our boat. They even have is a tour of the factory and introduced us to the designers making it for us. High quality custom stuff, highly recommended.
