I was a loyal Badcock customer for 10+ years. During that time, using my store credit was consistently difficult, often requiring me to contact corporate to complete basic orders. On my last visit to a more convenient Badcock location, I was refused service. After verifying my credit, the sales associate told me I had to go back to my original store and stated, “go back to the store you came from.” Corporate later confirmed this was their policy and provided no assistance.
I never complained when I received damaged furniture and patiently waited for replacements. After a decade of loyalty, being treated with such disregard was my breaking point. I know my value as a customer. I will no longer do business with companies that disrespect paying customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Badcock Furniture. I purchased a sofa set, and within a short time, the buttons on the front of the sofa began popping out. Since then, I have spent months going back and forth with the store trying to get this issue resolved under my warranty.
A technician was finally sent out, but he said he could not fix the problem and would order replacement buttons. After waiting months, I was told the buttons still were not available. I was then passed between the manager and customer service, each promising a follow-up that took weeks to happen. By the time someone finally contacted me again in late December and January, I was told the sofa could not be repaired at all.
Instead of properly resolving the issue, I was offered a small store credit of around $370 but with restrictions that I could only use it toward another sofa or loveseat. The problem is that nothing comparable in the store costs that amount, meaning I would be forced to spend much more money just to replace a defective product that is still under warranty. This feels completely unfair and not customer-friendly, especially since the issue was not my fault.
After months of delays, poor communication, and no real solution, I cannot recommend Badcock Furniture. Customers deserve timely service, honored warranties, and fair replacement options not endless runaround and extra costs.

My account was switched to this location and I had to add a twin bed to my account. The store manager was completely unprofessional and rude after reviewing my account sating why should he add anything to my account when I can’t afford to my what I have now. Mind you I’ve been a customer of Badcock for 8 years and never had this problem at my store on west Broward blvd.
Who is he to question me about what I can and cannot afford. The bed I wanted to add on was $200 and I have available credit. This is not how you treat long time customers. Yes I might pay late, but I also have paid off furniture. This is one store no one should ever visit because that was utterly disgusting of him and I’ll be contacting corporate,

I was greeted the moment I walked into the store. The staff was pleasant and approachable. The store was well kept and clean. Great experience visiting this store.

I had an excellent experience at Badcock & More! The manager, Steve, and Ebony were amazing—they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Their customer service was top-notch, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for quality furniture with great service, I highly recommend this place!
