WARNING: All Sales Final!! Using a credit card, I purchased a boxspring from "Z" (the owner) to be picked up in a week and a half. Three days later, having changed my mind, I returned and asked Z for a refund. He said if I had paid cash he could offer me my money back, but because I paid with a credit card it wasn't possible. Why, I asked. It's his policy, he said, and he pointed to his sign, which I hadn't noticed and he didn't mention before (see pic). Plus, he said, it's good business not to offer refunds. Excuse me, I said, I never even picked the item up, and I don't want it anymore. Please, I protested, is there anything you can do for me? You can exchange it for anything in the store, he told me. But I want my money back, I said. After awhile of going back and forth like this, he agreed to give me a cash refund MINUS $20. Before handing me the money, he made me write, sign and date a statement on an index card saying I received the $20 refund. The price with tax was $83.23, so after writing on the card he returned to me $63. Do you want the 23 cents, he asked me. Of course I do, I said. OMG, I'll not be back, and I suggest you don't shop there either.

The people are so good and very helpful in selection and delivery at home on time. I recommend👍😀 this shop for anyone who want to purchase the bed and mattress. The shop also hold lots of other furniture, carpets and many household items.

The worst place to buy any home products, I bought a king size matress from there and they had 1 delivery guy to bring my matress inside of my apartment, he didn’t even bring the matress up and I paid for him to help do so, once I explained that, then he helped, but he had my father doing most of the work and my father is very sickly. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD AND I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP HERE‼️ You can get better customer service, and better furniture at big lots on route 3.

One day we went to buy a carpet while his shop was full of carpets he told us that he doesn’t have any and he says don’t come to my shop anymore. We don’t like that behavior at all . A very mean and bad bad I have met in USA .
View on GoogleI really like this business and the owner. He is honest and has unique merchandise for the home. They sell household furniture and lots of kitchen gadgets, but it specializes in quality affordable mattresses.
