The shopping experience in this Ashley furniture was great! I got a gorgeous blue sectional and recliner. Our sales person Micheal was very helpful and helped us fully understand all of our options both with the furniture and with payment. He was very knowledgeable about furniture design and style. He was thorough and clear with paperwork as well. I would recommend that people ask for Micheal with help looking for their next piece of furniture.

Stacy was wonderful. She was polite, professional, not pushy and very gentle with her approach with assisting me and ultimately helping me purchase a mattress. She was knowledgeable and asked for help from her manager when she was not 100% certain of questions I asked her. They managers were also very polite, helpful and friendly. I’d recommend Stacy and this store to anyone in the search or purchasing furniture. Everyone makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Mohammed and Tony, the supervisor. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and treated me like family. Their warmth, sincerity, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful purchase into such an enjoyable experience. Mohammed was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me in selecting my Tempur-Pedic and beautiful 100% leather recliners. Tony, as the supervisor, set the tone for exceptional customer service. Together, they created an atmosphere that was warm, professional, and personable. I never felt rushed or pressured and only supported and cared for. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Mohammed and Tony truly stand out. They went above and beyond, and by the time I left, I felt less like a customer and more like FAMILY. I couldn’t be happier with my purchases and with the experience they provided.
