What a fantastic company, from the sales team to the delivery guys. I have never had such a pleasant experience when purchasing appliances. The sales team of Andrea and David were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I was able purchase the washer and dryer, which were in stock, and have them delivered on the very next day. I found their pricing to be competitive and the added bonus to shopping with Harvey Jaxon is a dedicated service department. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were outstanding. They took great care in the removal and installation and they were a delight to have in my home. I highly recommend Harvey Jaxon for any appliance purchases. We are fortunate to have access to a local company which provides such outstanding customer service.

Harvey Jaxon was the only store in my area that had the appliance I wanted. I called, let them know I was coming to get it, drove an hour to their store, walked in and they had it ready to go. I paid, drove around back, they loaded it for me and even strapped it down for me with the straps I brought. It was a 10-15 minute process. The staff members were awesome and very friendly! Highly recommend Harvey Jaxon in Blairsville!

Service was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. The office staff returned my call quickly and Alexis even called to schedule an earlier repair. Jacob, the tech who repaired our refrigerator was pleasant, courteous and efficient. A+++ all the way.

Never use these people. I went into see them twice. My dryer had stopped heating. They sent a serviceman to my house at a cost of $145.00. He said that he was he was getting a fault code for a moisture sensor and that I most likely needed a heating element. He said that the moisture sensor aIone cost over $300.00. I looked it up on the Whirlpool home website and the only moisture sensor they had for my dryer was less than $7.00. I went into their place twice was asked three people a simple question. How much do you charge an hour for labor on your repairs. NONE of the Salespeople knew the answer. The second day I went in the saleswoman told me the person that handles their service department was out sick. That being said, she also said that she would call and text her, give her my number and she would call or text me back with that information. It’s been over a week and nothing. If those salespeople had been working at my family’s business and didn’t have that answer, they would have been retrained. If they didn’t like the fact they were being retrained, they would have been fired. If you’re a Salesperson at any business you need to have the information about most every aspect of the business lest you look like an idiot when someone asks you a simple question as I did.
