Very personable. In an age where everyone is moving 90 miles an hour it is refreshing to walk into a store where they actually listen to what you are looking for. Then go above and beyond to help you find it. I came away with a smile on my face and a bit of a skip in my step. Thank you ladies, you made my day. Blessings to Tj and Veronica at Eller and Owen's.
View on GoogleSo I went from a pinto to a Cadillac celestiq and I can tell you what a difference has it made. When my daughter and I went to Ellers and owens in Hayesville, we had the best service from Kelly. She was absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about all the inventory in the room. I received my bed and the delivery service was absolutely wonderful and polite. All around it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend to check them out for quality service and quality furniture. Beautiful store!
View on GoogleWe received fantastic service and a fantastic recliner from Eller & Owens. Cody Nieves treated me like I was family and was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, using no sales pressure whatsoever. He is a great reflection on Eller & Owens. The delivery team from the Murphy, N.C., store was terrific too. They were friendly, efficient, on time and very helpful. I wish I could list all of their names here but I fear I will get one wrong. We will be customers at Eller & Owens for the rest of our lives. Great products and great people at Eller & Owens, both in Hayesville and Murphy.
View on GoogleExcellent service from Cody. He is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. I didn't have long to shop today yet, with Cody's assistance, I found exactly the king bed that I wanted and bought it on the spot. It is a pleasure buying from Eller and Owen's Furniture!
