My husband called the store tonight at 6pm asking for a bunky board and the man that answered assured him that yes they have them and they are in stock. Then the man repeatedly emphasized about a recycling fee we would have to pay when we came to get it but fine, we will pay that. They close at 7pm so we rushed over and arrived at 640 just to rudely be told that it's in the warehouse and the warehouse closed at 630. Would have been nice to be informed of that instead of the repeated fee warning. So a wasted trip to meet a rude employee just to be told no.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I was looking for. Adrian directed me to the right area. He and Ruben answered every question I had and gave me plenty of time to consult on the phone with my family. I purchased a model from the floor and they said they could deliver it same day!
